At the beginning of 2011 parts of the papermachine were renewed. The Hansalady had to adapt the changed market conditions.

The paper production in Hoya is part of the Paper Division of the Smurfit Kappa Group, which encompasses all fibre operations and paper mills within the Group in Europe. The sales and marketing organisation for all containerboard mills is based at the division HQ in Paris. They manage the worldwide sales and internal supply of all the Group’s containerboard.
